Opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Zony pellucidy (hatching) je nezbytn\u00e9, aby do\u0161lo k\u00a0zahn\u00edzd\u011bn\u00ed embrya v\u00a0d\u011blo\u017en\u00ed sliznici. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy v\u00fdvoj embrya nen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, nebo je zona pellucida abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed, p\u0159istupujeme k\u00a0naru\u0161en\u00ed tohoto ochrann\u00e9ho obalu embrya.
