MUDr. Luboš Vlček
Dr. Luboš Vlček has held the position of Head Physician at our clinic since 2021. He gained his professional expertise after graduating from the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, working at prominent medical institutions both in the Czech Republic and abroad, particularly in Germany. His previous experience includes positions at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Pardubice Regional Hospital, Heinrich-Braun Klinikum in Zwickau, the Institute for the Care of Mother and Child, the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Nymburk Hospital, and Gynem in Prague. Dr. Vlček received his certification in reproductive medicine in 2019. He continuously furthers his education and stays up to date with the latest advancements in the field, enabling us to provide the highest standard of care under his leadership. He finds great fulfillment in his profession and is genuinely grateful for the opportunity to help women with their reproductive health. Outside of his medical career, Dr. Vlček enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His favorite leisure activities include cycling and swimming. With his empathetic approach and deep professional knowledge, he plays a key role in maintaining the high quality of care we offer at FertilityPort Prague.

MUDr. Petra Polášková
Dr. Petra Polášková has been active in the field of reproductive medicine since 2009. After graduating from the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, she gained valuable experience at renowned institutions such as the Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Neonatology at the General University Hospital in Prague (Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice – VFN), Europe IVF, and Next Clinic/GEST. Her mission is to support couples in their efforts to start or expand their families — a purpose that brings her great joy and deep personal fulfillment. In her personal life, Dr. Polášková values a balanced lifestyle, harmonizing her professional and family responsibilities. She cherishes her family and friends and is a loving mother of three children. Her interests include sauna therapy, which she embraces as a means of relaxation and regeneration, and hiking, which connects her to nature and supports her active lifestyle.
